Burke, publisher of The
Adventures of Freddy the Fish, developed the first working
prototype of the Read-A-Round™ storybook in 1989. Since then, the book
underwent many changes and improvements to enhance the beautifully
translated rhyming text in three languages, and to perfect the
layout and composition of the interactive characters and wonderfully
illustrated seascape.

He is now working on further rhyming translations of The
Adventures of Freddy the Fish so children from all
over can enjoy and play as they "read around" the world.
Also in the works is the second title in the
"Read-A-Round"ä series.
